Group Mindful Meditation
Every Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
A supportive weekly practice designed to help you:
• calm and regulate your nervous system
• reduce stress, anxiety, and overthinking
• learn meditation in a simple, approachable way
• build consistency and inner peace through shared group energy
Private Meditation Sessions:
Personalized sessions created around your unique needs and goals. Ideal if you want to:
• work through anxiety, grief, or stress
• deepen emotional or spiritual healing
• create a meditation practice tailored specifically to you
• receive individualized guidance and support
Each session moves at your pace, supporting your personal growth and wellbeing.
Zen Night Out: Private Group Night Out
A private group meditation experience for you and your friends — a peaceful alternative to a typical night out. Relax, reconnect, share laughter, and enjoy a calm, meaningful evening together without the noise or stress.

Mindfulness-Based Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy works by helping the subconscious mind release old patterns and install healthier ones.
Hypnotherapy is a natural, focused state of awareness that allows you to access the deeper part of your mind where habits, emotions, beliefs, and patterns are stored. It’s a state you experience every day — like becoming absorbed in a book or driving on autopilot.
During Hypnotherapy, you remain awake, aware, and fully in control. You cannot be made to do anything against your will and may speak or stop the process at any time. It is not mind control or sleep, but a collaborative process that works best when you are open and willing to grow.
People often seek hypnotherapy for confidence, anxiety and stress reduction, habit change, emotional healing, grief support, increased focus, and achieving personal goals. Results vary, and lasting change may take more than one session depending on individual needs and readiness.
