Hypnotherapy works by helping the subconscious mind release old patterns and install healthier ones.
Hypnotherapy is a natural, focused state of awareness that allows you to access the deeper part of your mind where habits, emotions, beliefs, and patterns are stored. It’s a state you experience every day — like becoming absorbed in a book or driving on autopilot.
During Hypnotherapy, you remain awake, aware, and fully in control. You cannot be made to do anything against your will and may speak or stop the process at any time. It is not mind control or sleep, but a collaborative process that works best when you are open and willing to grow.
