We’ll begin with a 30-minute candlelight meditation, letting the mind grow quiet and the heart soften. As the flicker of the flame steadies your breath, you’ll be reminded that serenity is something you can always return to. 🕯️
Afterward, our beautiful partners at Cara Mia Medical Spa will be offering Vitamin B12 shots to uplift your energy from within. Sip tea or bring your own wine (we’ll provide the glass 🍷), enjoy light cheese and crackers, and settle into an evening of laughter and calm.
