Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt what was going on around you before anyone said a word? Many people experience this kind of awareness as empathy, the ability to sense and absorb what others are feeling. This sensitivity isn’t a weakness. It’s a powerful form of perception.
I am bringing in guest speaker Alison Lukasik.
First, Ali will share a short overview of the research on the biology behind why highly sensitive people can pick up and absorb what others are feeling.
From there, participants will be guided through an energy reset practice to release what isn’t theirs returning to a more coherent, centered state.
Once the group is clear and grounded, we’ll move into a playful exploration of intuition using angel and soul cards, along with a lighthearted exercise of choosing food intuitively. Participants will notice how awareness i…
