Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt what was going on around you before anyone said a word? Many people experience this kind of awareness as empathy, the ability to sense and absorb what others are feeling. This sensitivity isn’t a weakness. It’s a powerful form of perception.

I am bringing in guest speaker Alison Lukasik.

• First, Ali will share a short overview of the research on the biology behind why highly sensitive people can pick up and absorb what others are feeling.

• From there, participants will be guided through an energy reset practice to release what isn’t theirs returning to a more coherent, centered state.
