Stop Feeding the Problem: The Shift That Changes Everything
Let me tell you something that will change your life… if you actually live it. Most people are spending 90% of their time stuck in the problem.
~Thinking about it.
~Overthinking it.
~Replaying it.
~Talking about it.
~Stressing about it.
~Trying to figure out why it happened.
~Trying to predict what’s going to happen next.
And then wondering…
“Why does nothing ever change?”
Listen…
You don’t get breakthroughs by obsessing over what’s wrong. You don’t heal by mentally replaying the same painful story over and over. And you certainly don’t move your life forward by standing still in fear, confusion, or overanalysis.
I say this with love… At some point, we have to stop feeding the problem.
Why We Stay Stuck
Now let me be clear… I’m not saying problems aren’t real.
~Pain is real.
~Grief is real.
~Betrayal is real.
~Heartbreak is real.
~Fear is real.
Life can be incredibly hard sometimes.
But...
here’s where people unknowingly get trapped:
They move from having a problem… to living inside the problem. And there’s a difference.
Having a problem means: “Something difficult happened.”
Living inside the problem sounds more like: “This is all I think about.” “This is all I talk about.” “This is consuming my energy.” “This situation is now running my entire life.”
Have you ever noticed that?
Maybe someone hurt you years ago…and even though the event is over…your mind keeps replaying it.
~Maybe you’re stuck in anxiety about the future.
~Maybe you keep replaying the same fight, disappointment, or mistake.
~Maybe you keep saying:
“I don’t know what to do.”
But the truth?
Sometimes we do know what to do.
We’re just afraid to do it.
Or we’re waiting until we feel more ready.
More certain.
More confident.
But confidence often comes after action… not before.
💥 SHIFT YOUR ENERGY
What if tomorrow you woke up and decided:
“I’m done feeding the problem.”
~Not pretending it doesn’t exist.
~Not spiritually bypassing it.
~Not stuffing your feelings down.
But simply deciding: “This problem will not get all of my energy anymore.”
Instead…
You begin asking:
~“What can I do?”
~“What’s one step forward?”
~“What’s in my control?”
Because that question changes everything.
Here’s What Real Change Looks Like:
👉 You stop replaying the conversation and start setting boundaries.
👉 You stop obsessing over the relationship and start focusing on healing yourself.
👉 You stop waiting for motivation and start creating discipline.
👉 You stop waiting for life to feel easier and start becoming stronger.
👉 You stop asking, “Why is this happening to me?”
…and start asking:
“What is this teaching me?”
That shift alone? Life changing.
The Hard Truth
Sometimes we become emotionally attached to the problem. Even when we hate it. Because it’s familiar.
~Talking about it feels familiar.
~Worrying feels familiar.
`Complaining feels familiar.
`Staying stuck feels familiar.
And doing something different?
~That feels uncomfortable.
~Scary.
~Uncertain.
But growth lives there. Peace lives there. Your next chapter lives there.
I say this lovingly because I see it all the time in coaching…
People think they need:
~One more podcast.
~One more book.
~One more video.
~One more answer.
~One more sign.
No.
Most of the time…
you already know the next right step.
You just haven’t decided to fully step into it yet.
~A decision to stop staying where you are.
~A decision to stop feeding the thing that’s draining your energy.
~A decision to trust yourself enough to move.
Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s scary. Even if it’s one tiny step at a time.
Here’s Something I Want You to Think About…
What problem in your life has been taking too much of your energy?
And if you stopped feeding the problem for just one week…
What would you focus on instead?
~Healing?
~Peace?
~Your goals?
~Your mindset?
~Your health?
~Your relationship with yourself?
Because I promise you this…The moment you stop living inside the problem and start moving toward the solution…everything begins to shift.
Maybe not overnight. But little by little. Thought by thought. Choice by choice.Step by step.
🔥 So tell me in the comments…
Are you ready to stay stuck?
Or are you ready to start changing your life?
